Welcome
I am a radio presenter, a voiceover and a reader of audio books but most of my time is taken up nowadays with producing professional podcasts through my website - Podcats. My clients include the RSPB, More Th>n, and The RSC.
Podcats won a silver award in the 2007 Excellence in Tourism awards in the Best Tourism experience category for a series called Talking the Walk which I produce for the Tourism website Shakespeare Country. These are half hour audio podcasts that you can listen to while you walk in conjunction with a local tourist map - or just enjoy at your computer.
I have worked in many areas of the UK radio market presenting and producing news and music programmes for stations including Classic FM, Radio One's Newsbeat, the World Service, Saga 105.7fm and FOX FM where I picked up a Sony Radio Academy Award. I have served as a judge for those awards on several occasions since.
My most recent audio book is an unabridged reading of Margaret Drabble's The Red Queen
I've also produced live audio commentary for the cricket website cricinfo.com.
I have my own studio fully equipped studio (with ISDN and Adobe Creative Suite software) where where I edit and produce audio and video in the heart of England I'm also within comfortable reach of studios in London, Birmingham and Bristol.
